-As this is a one person project, orders may take up to a week to be processed.

- Each package is carefully handmade using high-quality materials to ensure your items are well-protected. While I occasionally use recycled packaging materials, I always make sure that the contents are securely wrapped to guarantee they arrive safely and in perfect condition.

- All packages are sent by regular mail and have a tracking number. The packages go with the customs formalities in order, which implies that they are correctly documented to pass through customs without complications (please note that this does not imply that there are no delays or customs fees in each country of origin).

- For shipments to the United States and the United Kingdom, all required documentation is provided to ensure that the works are properly classified by customs as original works of art. Each package includes a certificate of authenticity for each piece, the commercial invoice, and all applicable customs documentation.

- If you provide the wrong shipping details and fail to identify the error until after the parcel has been shipped out, then the lost parcel is your responsibility. Occasionally, an incorrect address can be rectified, and I will always try to resolve the situation, but in the case it is lost, I will not offer a refund if the package goes missing.

- If your parcel hasn’t arrived 15 days after dispatch please get in touch with me as soon as possible so I can attempt to correct the situation via contacting the post company. In case your package is lost, I do not offer full refunds, (partial refund is dependant on situation), if you get in touch more than a month after the original dispatch date as because it’s so late there’s virtually nothing I can do as the couriers normally don’t refund shipping or insurance a month or more after dispatch.

- When an item is shipped from my studio to an international destination, it falls under the responsibility of the postal and customs services in the receiving country. If anything goes missing or is delayed for any reason, please contact both myself and the relevant postal services. I will do my best to resolve the issue, but sometimes things can go awry. In such cases, we'll work together to arrange either a refund or a replacement order. While this situation is rare, I address each case of damaged or missing items individually to find the best solution.

- Orders shipped internationally are sent on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning customs and import duties are applied when the parcel arrives in the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, I have no control over these charges, and I cannot predict the amount, as customs regulations and duties vary by country. To avoid unexpected costs, I recommend checking with your local customs office to inquire about current fees before placing your order. If a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid customs charges, the customer will be fully responsible for the return. Any postal, return, customs, and handling fees will be deducted from any refund issued.
