Refund policy

- We have a 14 day returns policy which allows you to return any item purchased from this webshop within this 14 day period from receipt of the product, with the exception of custom made to order items.

- To initiate a return, please contact me as soon as possible at limiacrafts@gmail.com.  Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

-To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

- Once your return request has been approved, you will be provided with an address to send the item to. Please ensure that the item is well packaged to avoid any damage in transit.

- Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

- Items are carefully packaged, but if by chance an item arrives broken, please contact me by email at limiacrafts@gmail.com.

- Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

- Please note that all items in this shop are handmade, so minor imperfections or differences may exist between the photographs and the final product. I attempt to provide as much detail as possible to ensure the accuracy of the product you are purchasing. It is important that you take this into account before making your purchase, as, although my main interest is customer satisfaction, I reserve the right to refuse any return if I feel that the causes are not justifiable.

- If you provide the wrong shipping details and fail to identify the error until after the parcel has been shipped out, then the lost parcel is your responsibility. Occasionally, an incorrect address can be rectified, and I will of course always try to resolve the situation, but in the case it is lost, I will not offer a refund if the package goes missing.

- If your parcel hasn’t arrived 10 days after dispatch please get in touch with me as soon as possible so I can attempt to correct the situation via contacting the post company. In case your package is lost, I do not offer full refunds, (partial refund is dependant on situation), if you get in touch more than a month after the original dispatch date as because it’s so late there’s virtually nothing I can do as the couriers normally don’t refund shipping or insurance a month or more after dispatch.
